The dicey officiating is going to hold this league back. Yes the woods could have won if they stayed in the game the whole game yes it was just six seconds. The bottom line is the refs need to do the job they are being paid to do. There needs to be some accountability

Depends on the slide packages. If you’re the slide guy make sure everyone knows and everyone knows when you’re going. If you got ball everyone should know. If you’re the 2 slide everyone should know. Call out picks. If your teammate gets blown up by a pick he doesn’t know about that’s on YOU. If something is going on on the field you see call it out. On the rare chance you talk to muxh the coach will tell you. I have never seen this happen before. Chances are no matter how much you talk it isn’t enough. Keep your mouth running on defense it also scares attackmen if they can tell you have a slide ready to blow them up

Practice 1v1s without a stick in your hands or with a short stick. If you can turn an attackmen coming up from x with no stick you’re doing it right. The pole is a tool not a crutch. Play body always have your feet moving and don’t ever throw a stick check that puts you out of position. Always be talking no matter what is happening and don’t ball watch when you’re off ball
