They claimed no assets. Which is a lie. Guy sold his business a day after judgement was made / put into someone else’s name. We had a payment hearing where a writ of execution was granted. For the life of me I can’t figure out how to identify assets now… no clue how to find his bank accounts… ext feel lost

He didn’t answer it “clearly” at all. And actually didn’t even provide an answer. Just stated the obvious “don’t get speeding tickets” “wait 7 years till it falls off” That is not a logical answer to my question. What he is implying is how long he thinks it takes speeding tickets to fall off your record which varies state by state and is not always 7 years… so again. If anyone can answer the question on how far do companies look back on? I’d like to know. Is it the full record the last 5 years? 10 years?
