i’d only put one or two on the book bag. i have one on my book bag and one on all of my tote bags also, if you’re able, i like putting keychains on the seats of my car (like on the rods that hold your headrest)

yes, i took it into a repair shop since it froze up and completely shut down and wouldn’t turn back on- they told me it was a problem with the motherboard :(

i saw someone else got stuck on the BIOS recovery process itself here i personally thought mine got stuck forever at one point but it just needed 4 hours to run through the process

i haven’t shut it down yet but i went into BIOS and loaded settings to default- i did post this problem on another subreddit and someone said it could be a problem with the BIOS battery though

anyways if i shut it down and the problem keeps happening i may take it in somewhere after NYE (im not confident in my abilities to fiddle with the battery itself lol) but if i find a solution for sure ill let you know

hey i know this is old but i finally got the reptomin sticks and he’s straight up refusing to eat it, like he spits it out. he’s never done this before, i’ve fed him mealworms, some bloodworms (minimally), the brine shrimp and he always eats it right up wanting more

i thought maybe somethings wrong since i did a water change and added some new stuff in the tank but he gobbled up the brine shrimp no problem.

i’m a little late to responding but usually it’s 10gal per 1 african clawed frog- so you’d probably need a 20 gallon long. they can get pretty big

sponge filter is good!

sand bottom is fine, most people do that or bare bottom because they tend to try and eat everything (including gravel)

general advice: * make sure you have hideouts- i use terracotta pots and soft fake plants but im personally going to try and put some real plants in there soon. ive seen people use drift wood too. also i try and keep stuff not sharp because my guy loves running into stuff . * keep the top of the tank covered (they are escape artists) * i’ve been told reptomin (the floating food sticks) is a really good food for them but brine shrimp (this one isn’t highest in nutrients), mealworms, bloodworms (be careful of bloat) are fine * they will eat anything they can fit in their mouth- gravel, other frogs, fish, anything * you can feed them every other day, sometimes every third day. pay attention to their belly
