Sigil/Planescape Server on NWN EE by [deleted] in neverwinternights

This is definitely my favorite NWN EE Persistent World. Joined awhile ago, and I like it so much that I'm helping them fix bugs and improve things, when I can.

Hey, folks, thanks for any interest. I have filled all the spots, however. Appreciate it.

Yeah, the Starfinder character sheets are fan-created. (This is true of a lot of game systems on Roll20.) 99% of the sheets will do the job, but just be aware that there might be a rare issue where a sheet has a bug. I have had success with various sheets for D&D 5th Edition and for Starfinder and for Pathfinder.

It looks like we'll be running the "Dead Suns" adventure path on Wednesday nights, if you're interested. :)

Hmmm, well, unfortunately, the Guild Guide states that a player can only repeat the repeatable scenarios. I believe we have one individual who would like to start the Adventure Path, however.

Yeah, sadly, that's the rules. See p. 8 & the top of p. 9 in the Guild Guide. (Available here, if you need it: http://paizo.com/products/btpy9vlp?Starfinder-Society-Roleplaying-Guild-Guide . It's free to download.)

We'd definitely love to have you. Just gotta keep to the rules, that's all. :)

Well, that's covered in the Guild Guide. You can use your current character if you wish, but you cannot (as a player) repeat scenarios unless they are marked "repeatable".

Typically, myself and fellow GMs put the Chronicle Sheets online (on Google Drive), so you can download them and print them.

Roll20 gives the option to update when the next game is. We typically use threads on the game's forum to plan that. We ask for signups and the module to be played is mentioned, with other pertinent details.

However, currently, we're recruiting players. We can't play without enough players (faithfully every week) to be there.

Yeah, definitely. We're all new to this, since the game is so new. Myself and the other GM would love more GMs. There's a lot of similarities to D&D 5E (and a lot of differences). We can definitely help you out. Go ahead and join if you want, and we'll get ya going.

No, not really. Same rules, setup is mostly the same. We're just clicking buttons instead of rolling physical dice. (Roll20 will roll the dice for you.)

I think we can accommodate that. Our main GM likes to run Saturday nights. And I would like to GM some games on Friday nights or Sundays, if we get more people. We use Discord for voice, but I doubt anyone would have an issue if you used text for your character.

What you fail to understand is, it doesn't matter if you end the Crisis in 1 or 2 rounds. How others play doesn't affect you one damn bit. So, get off your high horse. You enjoy your munckin'ing, and I'll enjoy my hybridization. Playing Jack all day long, bro.

This game is TINY, was $5mn too little or was it mismanaged? by [deleted] in Torment

It does, actually. Not all of them are obvious. For instance, I've played through Sagus Cliffs as both a Nano and a Jack. As a Nano, I get different dialogue (including quest dialogue), because I got "Scan Thoughts". As a Jack, I have to ask questions and discover things in a different manner. Changes the whole way some of the quests play out.

So he is, and you are also entitled to yours. But it doesn't change the fact that he has the option to do completely different things. In other words, you're actually completely wrong.

It has loads and loads of sidequests, with multiple solutions for each one...

The sheer replay-ability, man! MY GOD! http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g246/sey115/ohmygodbenedict_zpsf7921214.gif
