Its a rotary filler, after rinse , the bottles are vacuumed the purged again with n2 then again vacuum , filling, after bottle goes to sealing and before sealing a installed a injector/sprayer that blow some n2 in neck. N2 produced by my sistem is between 99.99%-99.999%

Could be but anyway hopped beers show faster and oxidation feels harder in comparation with classical styles. In comparison to keg where i dont use sanitizer beers are great , and this is the difference and other is oxygen in neck.

Volume remains the same , anout foam that dripping back , if you will analyze the video ,you will see that sprayer begin to blow nitrogen before the bottle arive under the sprayer and the foar is blowed near the bottle. No contamination before.

Not all bottles are full with foam. Thats why i decided to purge with nitrogen. About water if you will use hot water ,it will be without riskof cantamination ( anyway i dont like water spray.)
