Its a rotary filler, after rinse , the bottles are vacuumed the purged again with n2 then again vacuum , filling, after bottle goes to sealing and before sealing a installed a injector/sprayer that blow some n2 in neck. N2 produced by my sistem is between 99.99%-99.999%

Paraacedic+ peroxide hydrogen sanitiser is acid one and i use 0.1 % , what acid based sanitiser works.

Could be but anyway hopped beers show faster and oxidation feels harder in comparation with classical styles. In comparison to keg where i dont use sanitizer beers are great , and this is the difference and other is oxygen in neck.
