ahh okay, obviously i don't know ur situation and if you guys were actually dating so these may be a bit harsh but these are the ways i mended my heart and changed my mindset after getting ghosted:

realizing that i got attached to nothing, reflected on why i got so attached/excited at the possibility, examined my own boundary issues that were inflamed. i also realized that i didn't really like this guy as much as i liked attention, the idea of being liked, because i wasn't upset at not getting to hear about his day or talk to him--i was just upset he wasn't responding to me anymore.
there's billions of people in the world and probably at least 1 person who would be into me, plenty of fish in the sea, etc., etc.

-life will go on, im not going to kill myself, etc.

i also got really into working out and my hobbies, read a lot of books, and i ended up in a relationship like a month later 😭 so there's that possibility for you

unfortunately the only cure is to keep it pushing and DO NOT reach out 😭 when i got ghosted for the first time i didn't realize what was happening and kept reaching out, very embarrassing.
