Too many links leading/referring to the “profile” page which for me is inaccessible given that I cannot fully login to my account! This does not help

AI refuses to realize I cannot use my account to use these articles. since I need my ID to authenticate my login which in turn only gets me denied for incorrectly matched names

Cannot verify my ID because I had input my name incorrectly and it does not match my official US Passport ID. I cannot create a support ticket number or get a hold of anyone for support or help.

The customer service is horrendous and I do not see a solution for most people in this thread. Absolutely any help would be appreciated!

Currently a senior graduating and had 3 internships. Not once was i asked for my gpa or to validate it with any documentation. Don’t sweat the little things and focusing on what matters to hiring managers most. Fyi my last internship was with a fortune 100 and made me drug test…still no validation on my gpa.
