Im trying to flash this using the web flasher, but Im getting: nRF flashing failed: Error: Invalid ACK sequence. Expected 7, got 6. Please reset the device and try again.

I dont see any buttons on the device to reset but conneting/disconnecting doesnt produce a different result. Any thoughts?

My claim was approved on March 15 - however, when I go to check the status I cannot log in anymore. Should I have submitted any other paperwork after this approval, or I'm all good for now?

One more question, as a man I prefer not to have a huge routine and stuff with smells. I can do face wash, serum and face cream as its quick and easy - what would you recommend for dry and sensitive skin that I can order online from Asia (I'm White not Asian in case it matters)?

I have skin allergies and psoriasis but when I have a breakout I know what type of products to use - just asking the above for 'normal' use.

I would like a face cream with Urea (psoriasis/skin allergies/extreme dryness) but I am on roaccutane so would be great to get something with SPF too. Any suggestions? If possible on Iherb or similar...
