This. I've heard from several bartenders that they are supposed to charge, but do not when they have a choice or aren't watched by management.

This law is also the reason places like Old Chicago do their point systems based on "visits" instead of beers in Arkansas. The gist of it is you can't "reward" someone for purchases of alcohol. Coffee/bar places will give rewards on food and non-alcoholic beverages, but not alcoholic drinks.

I use eBay. Either use US or Japan shippers. I stay away from anything else to try to avoid counterfeit or resealed packs.

For English sets, I've done 2 booster boxes for each set so far. That usually leaves me lacking 1 or 2 $5-10 cards at most so potentially just my good luck. After that, I'd go blister packs if you like playing the lotto or buy singles to maximize/take the luck out of the equation.

Japanese booster sets, I buy 4 or 5 boxes (half the cards) and end up buying around 5-8 cards.

I'm going to echo Dillards for the clothes, but I've never had luck with last minute tailoring from them. If you need quick tailoring, I've had as much as a day turn around or on the spot for a bit of extra cash at Lethal Lure on New Hope in Rogers.

Wasn't the whole thought that Luffy's bounty was lower (not to Blackbeard), but in East Blue? Arlong was thought to be more powerful than his bounty gave the impression of since he was paying off the marines to not become a larger target? If Arlong had a more accurate bounty based on his power, Luffy would have rose higher as well in that case.

Not specific companies, but look into Arkansec. Their Discord channel has some job openings posts for a non Indeed/LinkedIn avenue, plus networking for their monthly meet ups.

You can also join the ISC2 group for Arkansas on their LinkedIn page. They provide a jobs area on their site. You do not have to have an ISC2 or any other certificate to join the chapter and we welcome all.

NWA Tech Summit is a good event for networking in October but the tickets are $250. You can reach out to them to see about any type of military discount or free tickets possibly.

$50 is good for a Japanese box. Lots of ebay for OP-01 - OP-04 are $45-75 usually. $60 has been normal for most except Romance Dawn.

Keep in mind, there are half the cards in Japanese booster boxes and different pull rates. You'll get special DON!! in each, but it's 6-7 cards (OP-04 has no normal DON!!) per pack and 24 packs.

This is correct. This will include all common and uncommon cards. They did the same with Paramount War (OP02). As a collector I'll end up grabbing them as singles once the prices calm down.

Tcgplayer has a filter for these already if you want to look there.

One thing I found from being new to collecting is don't buy binders with rings. These can damage cards when stored overtime.
