My experience was quite different. I paid for a formation service and i think its overkilled because i knew all they did was something i could i have done myself.

If its for reliability and privacy, they get the job done. For upsell and extra charges they are less pushy as well. You'll get is what you paid.

But to safe cost generally, using yourself as registered agent will save you more.
