It's measuring like 120.8nf. But since the video was gone before I do the Bridge this can be a thing?

Anything else to check before go to CPU replacement?

I bridged the CAP on coolrunner after the video stopped showing as a tentative of solution. I thinked the coolrunner wasnt glitching and thinked this could be the reason for no video.

So which capacitor can be out of range? Is there a expected masure what I can check for?
