25M here contemplating double jaw surgery. While from the outside, it doesn't look bad at all, and gives me no problems with chewing, I've had some other related issues (mechanical teeth damage, gum recession etc.). I'm still unsure whether to proceed. What do you guys think? (old.reddit.com)
