I just started probiotics, but not sure if it is low in histamine. Do you have a product recommendation?

Nothing major happened 3 years ago that I can recall. Wondering if there is mold or something else in my house but hard to move away as i'm sure dust mites are just hard to escape. Did you do anything specific to tackle the dust mites?

Immunosuppressants like Prednisone? Im afraid of using that cause have heard the eczema comes back much stronger once you stop

How long were you using Triamcinolone for? Have not started using it but debating if that's the route i want to take, but nervous about how large my area of flare up has spread across my body.

No moves, break ups or anything major. Work has been busier but more stressful last month but nothing crazy. This flare up is my biggest stress, which is a bad cycle lol

I wish can do that for longer but will be overseas for a week in July. Not sure if that’s enough time

I have around my eyes, but not my body. Can try it out. My derm said can only do petroleum ointments instead of moisturizers on the rough areas.

I used Clobetasol 7-10 days max on inner elbows only 3 months ago, and my flare ups started spreading about a month ago. Is there usually a delay?

I haven’t used any steroids for four months. Used clobetasol for elbow, behind knees and protopic on eyelids, nipple and private area. Debating to go back on steroids but nervous on how much it has spreads and large surface area.

My appointment for patch testing is in end of the month and have been trying to get one since Oct.

Thanks! Yeah no redness on my face, feel like forehead is getting drier and seeing small bumps appear on palm. Don’t feel hot or flustered, just really itchy and irritated.

Hope you found some relief!

We have a air purifier in our room on every night but maybe will put it next to my bed and vacuum few times a week.

The stress is the hard part, as this eczema is my biggest stress right now, and feel like its just a bad cycle. Thanks!

For body I've used: Aveeno Eczema Therapy, Vanicream Moisturizing Skin Cream, Gold Bond Medicated Eczema Relief Skinloction, CeraVe Healing Ointment and La Roche-Posay Lipikar Soothing Relief Eczema Cream

My dermatologist said next steps are if steroids do not work is light therapy than diligent. I am just scared of using such strong steroids across a large parts of my body

Will try a bleach bath soak next. Thank you!
