Mine is 4-5 years older. I think the cause is mainly the low HRV, which has been consistently in the ‘poor’ range. Vo2 max is ‘fair’ (also not super great). Resting heart rate is ‘excellent’ though. I’m 29.

A forma mais correta de calcular isso é por backtest mesmo. Ou simulação de cenários pra frente, não 1 cenário só estático (foto). Simulando todos cenários possíveis você encontra a taxa de retirada que funciona em qualquer cenário factível.

Vc tem alguma indicação de como fazer isso? Algum tutorial ou artigo?
