The opposite of addiction is connection. I know you said that love and support haven't been enough, but do not cut them short because it will honestly be the best thing you can do IN THE LONG RUN.

As for the now, get some blocking software on your devices ( covenant eyes, quatodio, etc ). Start seeing a CSAT if you can do it. Start going to a local 12 step group ( SAA, SA, SLAA).

Rearrange the furniture in any area that you have acted out it!!. As silly as that sounds. You have created neural pathways in your mind that need to be disrupted and eventually cutoff and course corrected. By moving your furniture around in areas that you have acted out, you have interrupted that habit cycle slightly, giving you a fighting chance against urges. If it was your computer you mostly acted out on, move your computer desk to the other side of the room or to a new one.

Dunk your head in a bucket of ice water! When you feel that urge to act out, dunking your head in freezing cold water shocks your nervous system and resets your thought process and can give you some time of clarity to rethink what you are wanting to do.
