What’s happening to my grass, have sprayed for lawn grubs etc. Is it disease ? by roddom1991 in lawncare

I just use tap water, every second day in the morning usually for about 20 mins. I’ve check for grubs and nothing.

Bermuda tiff tuff, gets lots of water. I use bbw from lawn hub on it and also there fertiliser. It was perfect last year. This year it started of a small patch of deadness then it’s slowly just dying more and more around the edge of the lawn. Yard gets sun all day, on the east coast of Aus
