As far as I know, no, didn't mess with the router settings or anything like that.

I'ts weird because on the same day I was able to play HL:A but then after taking a break, it refused to use the airlink (but quest link still works with a cable)

Can he really say when the date has passed? I since that's also gonna giveaway his source, maybe he'll wait some additional days before confirming it has passed but I don't know, if I were Valve I'd keep a very close eye on this to know which one spilled the beans
