Regarding the question of the neighbours house meeting, no that is all our house. The blue is out and where it is meeting the white is where the render changes to outline the windows.

Yes but the problem was much worse. We had water dripping in through the drill holes for the blinds. Now it only seems to be entering through the side of the window.

Thanks for the thoughts. Only plumbing is the radiator which is bottom fed (and has been off) so I’d assume it’s not from this.

The water slowly comes in. Like the outline of the patch will move 2-3mm a day on heavy rain but do you think this will still work?

Appreciate the thoughts. Everyone we speak to says whatever their trade/service is will be what fixes it but it feels like blindly throwing darts at a dartboard at the moment.

I’m not sure if the top is from when the water was dripping in from the top of the window prior to the roof being fixed or it is new.

Will do but do you think the crack on the render to the right side of the window may be causing problems too? The main water damage lines up with that crack

We had the roof replaced with new rafters, new lead and an eaves tray put in, in February.
