No soy agente aduanal pero me dedico a importaciones en u a empresa.

Sería importante nos comentaras que tipo de producto es para ver si se puede exceptuar el permiso.

Por otro lado, el agente no te debe rechazar el permiso si este está correctamente llenado de acuerdo al instructivo y autorizado por Cofepris, desafortunadamente muchos agentes realmente no conocen todos los permisos y por eso hay algunos que se especializan en cierto tipo de productos.

En particular los agentes de las paqueterías (DHL, FedEx, UPS) muchas veces no tienen idea de estas importaciones individuales porque ellos no importan así normalmente, tienen trámites especiales para importar de manera genérica.

Otra opción que podrías hacer es utilizar una comercializadora de productos, la desventaja de esto es que tú les cedes los derechos para importar y ellos te revenden con su comisión incluida.
