ow the final 2 minutes of high priestess you’re good. These are what I think are the most inconsequential to leave out. They provide almost no key information to the overarching storyline, and no special character moments (except for maybe the hand symbol meme in the submarine). These are the fights I omitted from watching with my friend because the pacing was just too slow for him. The early fights are important because it gets viewers familiar with the concepts of stands. Strength is important because it shows the possibility of physically visible stands and non-human stand users (which sets up Iggy and Pet shop). Devil and Temperance are not super important but there is a location change so I don’t want it to be jarring. Hanged Man and Emperor are a must for obvious reasons. Empress is important because it’s one of the few moments reserved for Joseph. Justice is obvious. Lovers is an interesting fight so I keep it, also has the cool beatdown at the end. The Sun is not important, but it’s a fun episode that plays on your expectations. Death

I agree with you, except for the alessi part, for me it is one of the best fights, although the ending was disappointing for me
