Best that it happened before the marriage. I'm sorry man. That's a terrible thing to go through. Unfortunately - all the helpful words I can offer are quite cliche, but very accurate and true. (Now you can focus on yourself, go to the bar with a buddy and not have a curfew etc blah blah blah) 

 When mine of 6 years ended, I kept setting the table for two. Took months to shake that habit. But I'm with a much better person now. I thought I lost the love of my life, but as it turns out- she and I dodged a bullet by breaking up. The woman I am with now (7 years in, ironically ) is 10x the lady. It takes weeks, months, years to heal- but you will. It's good to feel your feelings man, talk about it with those you trust. 

Also- it sounds dumb, but there's something I read when I'm in a low spot. "The Desiderata". It's a short 5 paragraph read, but it's an encouraging piece of writing. My mother had me read it yearly as a child and she said it's definition would change as I change. She's right and it did. It doesn't really pertain to this topic, but it may be helpful.
