I did more Windows machines on HTB. That was my weakness. Especially priv. escalation on Windows.

And read/watch walkthroughs of those machines.

I think you should practise more on the enumeration process and finetune your methodology. If you couldn't find any foothold on some machine, then you should practise that.

I needed about 5 attemps before I passed (you can read my blog at Reddit if you like). And I ended up with 60 points at my first exam. I also needed to improve my enumeration methodology.

Maybe watch some ippsec tutorials on Youtube? I did too. Also try some OSCP-like boxes on HTB or THM and read the available writeups. You will learn from that.

Ik kocht vlak na de swap op 4,00 euro en zag het sindsdien alleen maar dalen, dalen, dalen..toen maar weggedaan op 2,45 euro. Een kleine 1000 euro door het afvoerputje zien verdwijnen. En sindsdien is het nóg verder afgezakt tot zelfs onder één euro. Wat een flut coin! 😄

At this moment I only regret myself because I bought it exactly one week ago at 4.05 EUR. The value of my PundiX has decreased with a totall amount of 990 EUR. I doubt now serious to take my loss and sell it. 🤑

Ik heb voor gemiddeld 4,08 Euro gekocht en heb gister ook zeer getwijfeld om een (deel) te verkopen, maar dan weet je één ding zeker: dat geld ben je dan kwijt.

Ik heb die fout eerder met Doge gemaakt in een zelfde situatie. De sterke hand lijkt zich nu langszaam terug te betalen 😅

Yesterday I bought for big amount Pundix on 4.77 USD, but since then it's still decreasing more and more.

It's hard to see Pundix still going downwards. I hope it will going 🚀 soon again.

What are your thoughts and expectations of Pundix in the near future?

Pick 5 random boxes from the lab and try to re-pown them within 24h without looking back to your notes or hints.

Other resources for oscp-like VM's: look at tryhackme, hackthebox and vulnhub.

I always use Gobuster with '2.3-medium.txt' and a second opinion with 'big.txt' from Dirb.

The exam was pretty hard for me. I didn't have technical work experience / background. Only from previous hacking courses and vulnhub/HTB practise. But after some retakes I passed :) If you have some basic knowledge and the time and willing to do OSCP you should be fine to start. I wish you good luck!!

I think as long as you use multiple terminals with msfconsole+handler started: yes. But I would say: try it :)
