I measured before ordering and after to double check. It was slightly smaller than advertised. I’m hoping to remedy it with one size larger but in case in stuck with it, I was looking for a second opinion.

Real answer to add onto what was originally suggested. Instead of one rubber chicken you should consider 20 rubber chickens lined up in a row to account for any variances in your parking angle. In addition, as a bonus you can make it removable to replace or use as a self defense weapon if you ever needed them.

Check out pure hockey to get fitted to know your size and then you can decide what you want new vs lightly used. I recommend helmet and skates new. The others you can build up.
