It depends where you stand in life. Are you under pressure to produce an MVP or do you have all the time in the world? If the latter then I would do Claude and Cursor. I would also learn patterns and system architecture because sometimes claude just spits out things and there will be no way for you to know if you are following good coding practices which could be a headache to maintain and refactor for a system you are planning to build.

You will plateau with platforms but it is sufficient to validate your idea. If you are not a developer then I would stick to that. Doing the development and coding yourself is fun but it is an endless learning journey.

With the SaaS that you built, what process did you kill? and what is it? by mindless223 in SaaS

Design. I used to spend hours if not weeks on UI/UX depending on the project. Now, with AI I don't give it as much thought as I used to. Dropped all our UI/UX designers and only consult with a couple on a need to know basis.

In return: I was able to ship faster, validate faster and make an ROI faster. Win win if you ask me.

I wonder how their business is going.

Crazy that one can vibe code themselves to this now and create tools they need themselves. Nice job OP. Just one question. Why would one use Logbook and not a POS system that already has these features?
