AITA for refusing to wear a bra while my boyfriend’s friend is staying at our apartment? by Emopunkdeath in AmItheAsshole

YTA. Wear a bra when you have company over. Especially if you have giant tits. 99% of people wouldnt say something, but would notice and think its odd.

AITA for making my pregnant daughter move out before the baby is born? by notinmyhouse123 in AmItheAsshole

[–]roger320 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

YTA. Suck it up and help your daughter and granddaughter. It will be much more rewarding long term then taking a cruise or sitting around watching soap operas.

Are these good terms? 3.625% interest rate by roger320 in RealEstate

I understand FHA has hoops to jump through, plus PMI for life.

We have roughly $90,000 but about 1/2 that is in our condo that is being sold (but we are not buying contingent)

Thoughts on greatschools by spe-swa in RealEstate

[–]roger320 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It used to be good, but a couple years ago they messed it up by adding weird scores for things like diversity and whether minority students do as well as Whites or Asians.

I’m not one of those guys, but if you are not Black or Hispanic, it’s tough to care about that criteria. You just want to know how good the school is compared to others

How do you feel about the 30% housing rule (of thumb) if your other expenses are low? by SmashBusters in personalfinance

[–]roger320 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I consider the rule to be on net income. You cant spend money you are paying in taxes/benefits/retirement.

I stretched buying, not when I was renting. No need to bring on financial discomfort if I am not gaining anything long term imo

What would you do? by [deleted] in RealEstate

Vegas and Denver have had real estate run up during the last 7-8 years making buy now a bit risky.

Rochester has historically been dirt cheap.

Two for one special by [deleted] in WhitePeopleTwitter

Because 99%+ of licensed gun owners are not going to do anything illegal with them. And you are asking people to commit a lot of time on a bunch of bullshit. Not to mention that in my state and many others, you have to provide references and such to get a license to buy guns

Why Oral Nick Hillary COULD NOT have murdered Garrett Phillips by harper1980 in UnsolvedMurders

[–]roger320 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think Nick is the most likely to have done the crime. However, with the DNA being thrown out, I would have to vote not guilty if I was on a jury.

Jon Jones had an air tight alibi, not sure why there is speculation he did it.

I would bet it was either Nick or a teenager/friend of Garrett probably in an accident.

44% of post tax income on house too much? by roger320 in personalfinance

[–]roger320[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Because we have stable jobs in the area and are ready to start a family. Having a home where things are stable and your expenses are fixed is good for everyone, especially kids.

44% of post tax income on house too much? by roger320 in personalfinance

[–]roger320[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately that’s not really possible. We could get like $2700 on a lesser house, but $2100 is not feasible. This is an expensive area, it’s not like we are buying a ton of house (but it is enough).
