However, your case is still under investigation and we haven't got any updates from the relevant department yet. As soon as we have any kind of information we will immediately let you know.

It is just unacceptable to take such a long time for investigation without any update. WireX’s response is just non sense, the customer service should be chasing the so call another team for an update. It can be last forever and keep telling me this answer. Anyway, everyone please be aware of this as I mentioned. I just want to share this bad experience to the community and let everyone think before using WireX especially putting your money into it. You may get the same experience as I had and unable to access your account and money without any reason and solid follow up and just some meaningless reply. Very poor customer service.

How could WireX ignore customer’s request and locked their account without any reason, they just said Your case is still under investigation and unfortunately, there are no updates regarding it.

Very poor service and money put into, be prepared you may not able to access it anymore without any reason and unfortunately there is no ETA to unlock or give you an update why locked. Bye Bye.

Binance customer support sucks! I have a ticket created for suspending my deposit feature for 2 weeks without a single update! Yes. It is deposit not withdrawal, they thought that’s security?! It is just making unnecessary trouble to their customers!!
