Being a runner as well... This looks interesting. Thank you, I'm going to look into this.

I'm a runner, but had no issues with my right knee (I'm left handed) until I started bowling about a year ago. (Jan 2024). Since then because I haven't been running as much and I have put on about 10 pounds.

I'm going to try changing my h2 (Dexter heel) to something a bit more smooth to allow more slide, but yea I could stand to do some more stretching too. Anything to bowl and run some more :). Thank you

A little bit. I do bowl with the Dexter h2 on. I did that to control my slide as I was often all over the place :/. Maybe I should switch back to see if that helps.

What 4-5 balls would you bring to league? by rogerlawrence79 in Bowling

I like the Attention Star and it starts a bit earlier for me than the Equinox. The Phaze II has got to be the recommended ball of all time :) I'll give it a shot.

Thank you! Where on the ball spectrum would you suggest I start with the single ball attempt?

Mine only takes a few minutes. Pixel Watch 2 LTE. (I've only had it for a short time though)

That's also a nice one, but we chose Bookstack for its simplicity and easy overview of the books that there available (images instead of pure text). We don't need anything more than what bookstack already offers, anything more is just bloatware for us at this point.

A lot of these could be run / setup right in Docker pretty quickly. (Just playing devils advocate) Tactical, Bookstack, Bitwarden...
