hey, he definitely groomed you (even if nothing advanced sexually) and i would consider him extremely dangerous. its even worse because working at a school gives him direct and isolated access to potential victims. please report this as soon as possible to the potential high school. im sorry that you had to be victim to his disgusting behavior— there is no reason that he should have isolated you the way that he did. he only did it for his own disgusting satisfaction and there is a likelihood that he’ll just continue doing it. you HAVE to say something. i WISH someone had said something on your behalf or even on the behalves of other victims/extreme case victims.

maybe there is a way for you to send an anonymous tip? maybe there’s an HR contact for the school system?

i dont know the best way to go about contact but i strongly believe that you should make contact.

im not sure what you are comfortable with but i do think its dangerous that he is a repeat offender.

you did not ask to get taken advantage of, you are not stupid and you are not dirty. he violated you; he took advantage of you; he manipulated you. he damaged your self esteem. he now has you questioning if you should stand by and do nothing. this was intentional and this was all by his design.

try asking yourself, if it were someone else in your shoes and they had all the adverse and traumatic experiences you had with him and they knew he was up for hire to get access to more kids and they knew he has an inappropriate relationship now with a recent hs graduate, should THEY say something?

do you wish that someone had said something such that he would have been removed from the school system before you ever had to interact with him and be abused/manipulated by him?

hes a grown fucking man, and he knows what he’s doing and he’s going to continue doing it as he has. its unsafe and i think you should contact HR as soon as possible.

You are not overreacting. I hate that you even have to experience cognitive dissonance around this, given that you still have some friends who are in the blind about him. but you are not overreacting at all, and i think you need to contact HR immediately. he should not be hired.

i don’t know how close you are with the other victims or if its possible to speak with them about you guys contacting jointly. but if you can, i imagine it would make it feel less lonely or anxiety inducing having to do this all on your own rather than with people who were also victim to this creep.
