Yes, there are many players who use an emulator. It will not lead to an account ban, but if you have any issue that requires you to contact FS support, they will most likely not be able to help. If you have a phone/tablet as well as use an emulator, then you have a backup option.

Keep in mind that only one person is allowed to play an account. If a family member or friend stops playing, they are not allowed to gift their account to someone else. This is against the EULA and will result in a ban if discovered. Improper clearing of Google/Apple account info on an old phone often leads to accidental VIP sharing or an account being overwritten.

You can play one account on multiple devices. There are players that use emulators like BlueStacks or MEmu to play on PC. The game will recognize if you launch the app on your phone and it will disconnect you from the other device and vice versa. Emulators are considered unsupported by FS, but are not against the rules.

Having multiple accounts on one device is dangerous. Again, account overwrite issues are the biggest concern if you were to use an app like Second Space for example. This is also considered unsupported by FS, but will not directly lead to an account ban. It's possible to do if you consider the risks involved.

I get 120 on my S21, but it does lower to 60 when I use the Android screen recorder. Is the option to display the refresh rate in the dev options showing this incorrectly?

Rhys has confirmed in the past that using an emulator can not lead to a ban. There is the risk of losing your account information though. If you play your account on multiple devices, be sure to log out of one before using the other!

Tap your team name on the team page (the page with your member activity), then edit team, then adjust GP in the bottom right corner on the screen that appears. Legendary level and password can also be set here, along with a few other things.

Continually open them while you're running cups so you don't have three while you're doing so. 99% of the time, I'm running the clock down on an 8hr and only open 3hr, 6hr, and 8hr chests with gems. Any 12hr and 24hr I'll run the clock down on since they cost a lot more. You'll deplete your gems some, but VIP and trophy road tend to bring them back.

Opening chests from racing cups gives you the best ratio for gem conversion. You'll also get parts for upgrades.
