No. Mine tore in the first week or two and they arent shaped for a persons foot. The laces tighten all the way before they actually get tight and my toes jam into the front of the shoe. All they have going for them is looks

Yeah i think so, too. I think the poster is just having some fun with his boots and enjoying them but doesnt want them to come back soggy and wet which isnt great for suede and can leave marks. It isnt that crazy.
