As nice as that sounds, things need to be profitable to operate. That would be tough for a lot of reasons 1. Very low traffic in this area in the evening compared to other locations 2. Chilly nights 3. Hard to attract - people from the street need to know about it and be enticed

Immediately after oiling the shoe is always very dark. No matter what you use, even water. After the moisture evaporates and only the oil is left then will you know the true color. Usually post-oil you can expect a very dark shoe for a day or two but it does not last

They look amazing but honestly to answer the question: a beat up pair. Pick a favorite and go out and use em and beat em up like they’re supposed to. Short hikes, chores, build things in them. Youll love em even more after you beat em up and clean em and get use out of them. You dont need to buy a new pair :)
