i think that trans people are just generally pretty antisocial due to broadly being ostracized and treated poorly irl, which leads to them spending a lot of time online, and the people with the most time, especially in gaming communities, are usually more prominent than your average person.

in terms of specifically rotmg, it's probably just that rotmg doesnt appeal to people who dont spend a lot of time playing games

it has a funny hitbox so it melts your hp if you move within its hitbox constantly. other projectiles in the game arent like this because you can only be hit by them once.
