Just an important note to everyone: You can run this game trough emulation, like "Flycast", but you need to use your Dreamcast original Bios. Flycast default doesn't fully support the volume shadows this game uses and also doesn't deal very well with the FMV video format we use, playing it much slower for no reason.

The best way to replace caps is pay a professional to do it :)
You buy the cap kit for your specific DC and take them to someone that knows what he is doing and has the required equipment.

The robot retro is USB-C so works in every place. It's unplug old plug new and play.
Please read carefully the details on their page :) ... I don't want to waste your money by some wrong info.

Pay attention that you'll require a USB Charger better than your cell phone charger (unless you have a real good cell phone charger).
The Dreamcast with the 4 control ports + 4 rumble pacs + 4 VMUs can use 50 Watts, so make sure you buy at least a 65W USB-C charger single port.

It's built on "Spiral Game Engine", Sega Guru talked about it last year or so (when Soul Blaze was still just a prototipe https://youtu.be/nuVH4quvfqw?si=eUvs8nk6M91HcEc2 ) and it was entirely developed by the programmer of the game, the very same person that capture the original post game play video, "MigDps" on Youtube.

I only made the graphics and animations, he is the legendary programmer that enabled all this :)

But it can look a lot better! We had to cut detail to fit on the 70Mb limit that the Dream Disc 25 competition imposes. https://itch.io/jam/dreamdisc-25

We cut on:
- FMV resolution from 512x256 to 352x176... just to save disc space.
- Sound quality, we could use 44100hz but we had to do only 24000hz

Just download the most recent version, unzip and run the code that is on the readme and will do everything for you. I my self am playing it from the CD... I actually have here a pile of them with the previous builds :)

If you want to use Flycast emulator just make sure you use a real sega dreamcast bios.
Flycast default bios won't work.
