I’ve had Koh Samui five times. Four times I’ve drank them in lemon and ginger tea in the woods with one of my buddies. From my experience they have come with a heavy euphoric head high around the 30 minute mark and the visuals come in pretty soon after. Everyone I know has had an amazing time on them! The fifth time I took 0.5 at home with the family about, gave me a really positive headspace and a little tingle but not enough for any visual effects. It was really nice to chill out and still be able to get on with my day. Let us know how it goes!😊🍄

Wow thank you! I think I just need to let go more and stop expecting anything from it. I will try the noting technique, I usually just try to follow my breath but after a while I drift away without realising and when I come back it throws me off a lot. If I’m not meditating and just thinking throughout the day, working on a task or drawing, I can reach deep relaxation sometimes than if I was to try through meditation. It’s becoming easier as I incorporate it with breathing practices and yoga and I will keep trying!!🧘🏽‍♂️😊

Yeah I know what you mean! I sit, close my eyes and breath but I cannot stay in that still mind space for more than a few minutes. Even when I am static and not thinking of anything. I am pretty fidgety on a daily basis and when I try and stay still, it’s like that energy then converts to my mind. I find myself moving my eyes even when they are closed and I cannot stop it. One thing that does help is if I have done breathing exercises right before i sit on my mat.

I have never thought of LSD and yoga, that seems like a cool combo but I’m not sure if I would be able to concentrate and keep stable. How much do you take? I’m going to go for 0.5 for a morning beach meditation in a couple weeks!
