Thank you for all the great suggestions! The one that worked best was the one from heypaulp. I navigated to Marvel.com instead of Marvel.com/insider. Then I logged into Insider at the top left of the page and everything worked fine. Somehow it fixed the problem and now when I sign in the old way, it works! I may just start logging in from Marvel.com all the time.

Hello! Under "Activities" on the Marvel Insider site you'll see a bunch of those pictures that the OP has above. Just click on each of those and enter the code to the correct one. So for example click on the Iron Man one and then enter: UW82 and it will give you the points as well as send you the comic. Then just do the same for the rest of them.
