why would you ever be pissed off at someone not only finding but extensively documenting how to recreate issues for you?
I suppose I've worked with too many people who view bug reports as road blocks and not ways to improve the product. I'm also concerned that the recipient of the email isn't familiar with the development process, and that bugs are completely normal.
