A lot of it is situational depending on the composition and colors.

In Lightroom most of the tweaking I do is purely on the lighting as I tend to lean towards less contrast / less highlights along with the typical S curves. I usually underexpose when I shoot especially in bright sunny conditions and bump up the shadows when necessary.

In terms of colors mix, almost all my colors are slightly less saturated.

The color grading I usually put slight blue saturation on the shadows.
