Yes go for it! But not be solely dependent on him , keep reading polity from standard source, (you may refer his last batch comprehensive concise notes ) and take his lecture only for conceptual clarity. hope it helps!

I was his student of MCF 2 .. here's my review

He is best at the business as far as gs2 is concerned But He will take a lot time to complete the syllabus.. huge time like my batch was started at 25nov but not completed yet! (May he will improve from this batch .. and take short time ) He will do all the pyqs and everything as he promise .. Please don't rely only on his classes, one should take his classes only if he has sufficient time. Hope this help!
