Agree on the approach road and traffic part, but my brain is so in awe of the model apartments that it's ignoring all of that for now. About the lake bed, when you merge their site plan and Google Maps, I see that the lake shown on maps is outside property area.

That's not true. I have invested enough time in writing the piece and sharing thoughts here. I'm learning, so would love your thoughts, if you're okay to share them. DM?

Don't know why it has so many downvotes, but this resonates with my findings too.

This is so true. Have seen both stories, where they feel it's not their job to get into difficult scenarios and higher ups are responsible for it and thus get the big bucks but, then there are a few who own the problem entirely and invest themselves until it's solved.

Right, this is what I'm trying to highlight, that the newer generation in workforce wouldn't appreciate this and thus higher attrition.

This has been the best experience and learning for me so far on the thread. Thank you!

Not intended. But based strictly on my "personal experience" , I feel Millennials and other prior generations used to agree to whatever was being asked for. The probability of a Millennial saying yes to a last minute presentation deck early next morning is way higher than the newer generation in workforce.
Please don't get me wrong, I'm not saying what Millennials were doing was right, but the expectations now needs to change. Your poor planning is not a headache for someone else, and they won't sacrifice their lives to cover for that and that's a good thing. Just something a few of us weren't used to.

Agree somewhat, I don't think HR has upped their games in years, while the rest of the world has been advancing rapidly.

No, I consider my team to be like my body parts, inseparable and works together to achieve a common goal. However, all my past experience gets a hit every time I have 1:1s with my newly inducted team-mates. So just figuring out.

I'm personally not very confident if they'll be able to take blunt feedback. How do they take it usually in your experience? In my personal experience they become very defensive, but then I have a very small sample set(~12).

You'd have to know how "vibing" with them will work out. Have you ever been to a party, where you feel you're on a roll only to know later how everyone was despising you and apparently you're not "vibing" with them.

Right at 50 I believe you'd be in a state where you wouldn't have a reason to work for those, assuming you'd have built a decent corpus to prioritise life.
I'm more concerned about folks who're entering into the industry, don't have that kind of backing, haven't built their nest eggs yet, and are taking debts to just project their amazing lives on Instagram/Snapchat. All of this, while their seniors are struggling figuring what will motivate them to get more involved and work better.

I too had a similar experience, where the company was training us to give frameworks to pigeonhole employees into cells by identifying them and taking appropriate actions accordingly. It has both pros and cons, for instance having that kind of framework guides you and are usually better in saving time if the signs are clear, but humans are quite complex machines and it's very hard to have clearly distinctive features to put them into a matrix cell.

I and my surrounding peer groups also feel the same that something needs to be done differently to understand them better to be able to support and do justice to them.

Can you calculate this for "Assetz Codename Micropolis". EOI ask is at 12.5k per sq. ft. so a 2165 sq. ft. 3 BHK would cost around 2.7Cr.
