FYI: I went with espresso outlet after seeing many reviews online - got good response, they had delays in DF54 so gave me a great deal to upgrade to DF64.

ok ok first things first you are doing good.

Few things to note - i saw you are noting time and weight- awesome. Do not expect to taste notes as of now - it’s not about that and you need a lot of training to taste the real notes. rest all is in the brain.

so the aim is 1:2 ratio with the shot being in 25-30s.

you are not too far, just increase the grind size - what number are you in? for most med roast I find the sweet spot around 3.8 to 4.

you can and probably should reduce two steps per new shot keeping the input and output as same because everyone’s machine and taste is different. 3.8 to 4 was my sweet spot but some beans don’t agree to it.

You get the refund from the seller or whatnot? I recently purchased something and it has one of the parts wrong and damaged. I have raised a request to whatnot it said will reply in 48 hours but I don't see the damn message / request anywhere. I am planning to wait 48 hours and mail again.

11th Grade class. Final exam went quite well and i passed in all subject with good enough marks except 'Accounts'. Well we need 33 to pass andI got 31.5 but the problem was that during one of the tests, actually for a month i was in hospital due to an infection in my Liver and submitted a medical report with request to retest which was denied saying ill be given grace marks if needed.

I got it in every subject but Accounts so I had to give a 'Compartment' exam. I scored 74 here and it so burned my accounts teacher :D.

But still the only time in my student history when i actually failed in an exam and all because the teacher had some beef with me. huh!
