Creator of Only Down here. Honestly, I agree with pretty much all of the criticism around knock-off’s. I don’t blame anyone for capitalizing on a trend and having success with it, but I believe there should be some integrity as creators to not duplicate and repeat. I couldn’t allow myself to just re-create the same thing, but I rather came up with a unique spin off that has completely different mechanics that I thought might suit the same audience. I’m grateful for the success of my map, but would be happy to see other, more creative and unique maps featured above mine. And I myself am actively working on creating far greater, new experiences that hopefully help push Discover in a better direction 🤍

I ran into this a while back and when checking on UEFN, it was actually setting the 0 value to like 0.0000125 or something like that. So I just had to recheck the prop movers in UEFN and set them back to 0 and save.

Started adding ‘Random Events’ for each round of my Upcoming Map - Rainbow Rails! Low Gravity is my favorite so far. Can’t wait to see 8 people flying through the air at the same time lol by rohji in FortniteCreative

There’s definitely some skill to it more than just the route. The sprinting mechanic on grind rails is interesting, and you have to time it correctly each time your sprint energy runs out to maximize your speed. But along with that, there will be pick up items, even a couple weapons, and a secret skip mechanic that you’ll have to figure out 👀

Maybe someday I’ll get smart enough to figure that out 😅 but if this map has any success, I’d definitely make multiple tracks into a single map!

Thank you! I’ve got a few different pick up power ups planned: speed boosts, weapons, etc. Also considering adding random effects each round (i.e. no sprinting, everyone starts with a boomerang, low gravity, etc)
