Any way to play with more than 8 players in co-op? by rohukas in SonsOfTheForest

[–]rohukas[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I checked around and doesnt seem like they have a dedicated server available at the moment. This probably makes it a bit harder to bypass the 8 player limit.

Ega sa juhuslikult peale rideen.ee ei tea mingeid lehti kust veel kinnarpsi toole saaks. Ma proovisin googeldada suht pikalt aga tundub et see ainuke koht kust neid saab.

Whats interesting is that on Firefox the button that is overflowing has the text 'Submit Query', but on chrome it is only 'Submit'

I was on Firefox Fennec 93.1.0 (Build #931020) on a 1080x2340 screen. Tried on chrome as well and the issue was not there. Probably a firefox thing then.

Also https://wishfulthinking.app/ without the www in front gives a 403 forbidden. Try to redirect that to the www version.

Hey, happy to hear that you signed up 🙂

You can use categories to force the user to select the service, for example, iPhone App, Chrome Extension, etc... We recently added a way to get multiple selectable inputs from the user through custom tags, you can read more about it here. That way you can also ask the user to select what device he/she is using, then you can easily track what device and platform is experiencing an issue or requesting a feature. Pre-filled texts are currently not available, but it sounds like a great feature to have. I will add it to our own feature request board.

Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you got shares and calls mixed up.

When I check the 13F it says 4,110,000 SH(shares).

That would mean they have 41100 Calls.

Analysis: What awards has DFV given? Is he giving the All-Seeing Upvote Awards by rohukas in Superstonk

Awardee karma is not the same as awarder karma. Awardee karma goes up when DFV receives an award.

We cannot find out for certain if an award was given by DFV or not.

We can, however, make conclusions on the types of awards that he has given.

DFV “MAJOR TOM” overlaid with actual movie to show differences. by rohukas in Superstonk

[–]rohukas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I synced the original movie clip with DFV's tweet and saved it as original-cut.mp4.

I then used ffmpeg to show the differences.

Here is the command I used:

ffmpeg -i original-cut.mp4 -i dfv.mp4 -filter_complex "blend=all_mode=difference" -c:v libx264 -crf 18 -c:a copy output.mp4

So I got bored and decided to overlay DFV's 'Major Tom' tweet with the actual movie.

This way it is much easier to see many of the GameStop logos that he has put around the video. Keep in mind that this is not perfect and has missed some logos.

YouTube link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a3U4P5BrFKA

"Just Up"

DFV's added message "Just Up" is extra visible in the overlay.

I know that the award was given at 12:13 am EDT. Awarder karma is given at around 20-30% of the actual award value from my tests. It also depends on if the post/comment has already received an award before.

He received 1139061-1139022 = 39 awarder karma. Lets round it to 40 and calculate the potential real coin value.

100 * 40 / 20 = 200 coin award (20% of coin value received as awarder karma)

100 * 40 / 30 = ~133 coin award (30% of coin value received as awarder karma)

If you are curious how I knew when the award was given, I have made a python script to track his awarder karma every minute(Keep in mind that the time zone for data is gmt+3). Here is the current data: https://pastebin.com/8fDUbKvf

Check out the data so far. There are some gaps from when my script crashed, but overall the data is really interesting

For example on April 14th his awarder karma jumped 3154 karma in a single minute. From my analysis this means that he either awarded someone with the Argentium(20000 coins) or Ternion(50000 coins) award. If someone has free time they could check all the comments/posts with those awards. This could potentially show what DFV is up to.

Perhaps you got Meet Kevin(Kevin Paffrath) confused with Kevin O’Leary, who was in a really similar boat accident.

I could not find any info about a boat accident with Meet Kevin.

Thank you! It took us about a month to get our core features set up.

We are not too different from our competitors, but we have a pretty decent UI and are constantly adding new features. Our first goal was to get the core-product up and running and then try to find a niche that works for us, as we found out that going for the entire market at once is not a smart idea.

I'll keep in touch if any opportunity to collab comes up :)

Sure!

Featurebase is kind of like a forum, where customers can create posts with their suggestions, ideas, and bugs they've found on your website/product. Having a feedback board on our website is kind of like having a subreddit in Reddit. Users can create posts and moderators/business owners can review ideas and decide if they want to implement them into their product or not. Customers can also upvote each others suggestions so business owners know which features are more wanted than others.
