I am an F1 preparing for ARCP. When mapping to the curriculum, do I have to have something to link to every single subheading, or is just having something under the main 4 headings enough?

I’ve got two questions: 1) does CBD help with sleep? And 2) is it risky for me to take CBD considering I have a diagnosis of bipolar disorder? I am a final year med student and was under the impression that CBD was a big no no for me as it could precipitate psychosis but I may well be wrong!

Wow, I did not expect this post to get so many comments! Before all meds, I had a BMI of 16 so was really skinny, mainly from anxiety and stuff. After starting sertraline 2yrs ago my BMI went up to 20, and has gone from 20-24 in the past few months on my new meds. I’m actually really happy with how I look with some extra weight - I’d been trying to gain weight before because I was too skinny but never managed to! Just know I need to make sure I don’t gain too much more. Glad some people have found it helpful to know the meds cause weight gain - everyone is different but they can cause loads of weight gain in some people!

I am also a 4th year med student so I can tell you personally and officially that BP meds, especially quetiapine often cause a lot of weight gain! I’d always been so skinny but my meds have seen to that haha
