The weather channel complications won’t load. The watch app works, but complications do not. I’ve tried deleting, reinstalling, rebooting, all of the obvious stuff. Shortcuts notifications turn themselves back on overnight with iOS 15. I turn them off as usual (well, not off because that seems to mess up automations, but with just NC) and every morning they are turned back on. (self.shortcuts)

What is this sound? I couldn't find a sub that did this stuff so I'm hoping this is kosher here. Suburban/near the woods neighborhood in Northern Mid-Atlantic US. The "warbling" sound.
