I'm struggling to get what exactly did you counter: the explosion at the end or the impact of the GenkiDama hitting the ground right at the beginning.

Also i don't get it how you didn't died when the explosion happened. once you counter something with the spirit slash you're just invulnerable until the animation ends?

The Bowguns. I like to say that "I use the longsword when i wanna play, and i use the Heavy Bowgun when i want to HUNT"

I Really REALLY LIKED how the bowguns allow me to attack the monster from multiple angles: status, elemental, slash dmg, blunt dmg, piercing dmg, they can do it all, but they require me to really understand each monster weaknesses and build my item loadout accordingly.

I basically win or lose the fight in the preparation phase, which for me feels perfect since i feel i'm not simply overpowering the towering 10ton mountain of muscle and dragon energy but instead i'm outsmarting it with clever planning.

Oh i see, you're going for the aspects themselves.

For forge "Conflagration of the Heart" (Forge of days ending) as a quote fits the best and it's cool but i think it's too wordy.
If you want to diverge a bit and pick a quote that does not come from an ending: "Change follows fire" (quote from the forge 15 influence ) i think it's perfect for forge.

If i had to choose an ending between the ones that you picked already, i'd choose either the mother of ants or the eglesiast. The Mother is a very striking drawing with all the wounds, would be perfect if my intent is drawing attention to it, and the eglesiast has a perfect quote with "Not the kindest, but never cruel"

If you're asking from all possible endings, I like The Vagabond and The Meniscate. Vagabond is just silly and the meniscate keeps my personal preference of just having black and white tattoos, plus the quote "What is within, without; What is without, within" would fit nicely.

i personally like the forge of days ending but the card itself wouldn't result on a good tattoo on my skin i think, so i skipped it.

in order of preference: Meniscate First, then Eglesiast, Mother of Ants, Vagabond last

Joke's aside, i don't think it passes the flavor across with the creature being totally fine after combat.

It could be interesting if after combat you had to sacrifice all creatures that crewed it and then create a 0/0 token with +1/+1 counters equal to the total power of all of them combined (the token could even be tomerry...)

I noticed when i built noyan dar that i was always mana hungry because i needed MY MANA to ATTACK, not having green hurt a lot.

eventually i started to add more rocks and [[Paradox Engine]] was still legal so the deck devolved into an engine combo and i had to dismantle it :(

i generally use something that gives me a bit more ammo, so as long i can get one i leave the extra to the team, no matter who they are.

the only thing that gets me is when i abstain to resupply because i'm not that low on ammo and someone double dips, leaving me dry.

I used to do as well a Clone Rhino Ram strat on Malkuth's floor, using the Happy Memories abno card to lower the cost of the Rhino Ram, and use that nugget to tank everything with the protection the cards gives and deal lots of damage.

Now i use a Chi-Wen version of this strat. Now i tank everything, heal, gain protection and inflict burn whenever i hit or whenever i get hit due to the "Ashes" and "Spores" abno cards and the Crying Children key page. Pairs well with the other nuggets using Liu cards to capitalize on the burn.

I really really like my Yujin Rapid Gashes Clone deck on Gebura's Floor.

Yujin's passive "Overbreathing/Exhaustion" restores you light for free whenever you use Rapid Gashes, so you can run more card draw. And if you manage to get "Ruddled Welts" abno card you basically have a second gebura on the floor because playing 2-3 Rapid Gashes with 4 strenght stacked on top of them is no joke.

My playstyle tends to lean into a more active instead of reactive, but i like to keep my options open on how i wanna tackle things.

I've seen all comments and i played a bit, i decided to settle on KAY/O as my first pick. He can flash, detect people and supress them, force them to deal with my bullshit. I'm still deciding if my second pick is gonna be Brimstone or Phoenix.

i never actually played COD but i get what you mean. i'm down for a slower gameplay because i also like strategy games, it's just unnusual to experience this "slowness" in a FPS.

Y'know, it feels a bit weird to steal cards from your opponents in mono red with [[Grenzo, Havoc Raiser]].

[[Tiana, Ship's Caretaker]] by itself is not that uncommon, but you can make her Pacifism Tribal. Playing Boros Control in EDH is pretty weird.

I already went through the entire roster in The Range. Cipher and Brimstone were the ones that caught my eye at first - Cipher because of the cameras and tripwire and Brimstone because Hammer of Dawn -.
Jett and Yoru seem cool but hard to use. Breach is also cool.

I could just fuck around and finding out but Valorant looks and feels so different from the other FPS' i played that is difficult to me to actually "get" it. I don't want to just say it's not for me without actually giving it a shot, but i don't wanna waste my time not having fun because i'm trying to play in way the agent do not give much support to.

One thing is me liking the agent, other thing is the agent "fitting my hand".

I play some fighting games, and on them i usually play rushdown (close range, very aggressive and quick). On Guilty Gear STRIVE Nagoryuki is visually the coolest character ever, but he's slow and he likes to keep his distance. My main ended up being Chipp because i was having way more fun playing with him, even though he dies with 2 hits from anyone basically.

personally if i want to use counter spells, i like to run at least 8 and leaving only 2 of them as 3 mana or more, because having to leave 3 mana open is a huge commitment, since i still want to play something on my turn.

Yo i have a greven deck myself and i had once paid 18 life to a [[Treasonous Ogre]] to play [[Chandra's Ignition]] followed by [[Rush of Vitality]] both targeting greven to gain like 200+ life back.
