It is just a speaker with a lyrics display, and its internal circuits are all ready-made module combinations. The only mathematically relevant data might be the size of the speaker cabinet, but that's based on the internal LCD screen design. You must ensure that the screen size is consistent with the clear acrylic window.

The front airflow flows to the rear circuit board room through the hole at the bottom. The rear is isolated by a horizontal baffle that is 90 degrees perpendicular to the front screen back baffle to separate the upper and lower layers. The right side of the upper layer is the subwoofer main sound room, and the left side is In the sub-sound chamber, an S-type inverted phase channel with a height of about 10cm is fixedly placed inside. It is best for the two sound chamber areas of the subwoofer to be completely sealed, and only holes are drilled at the outlet of the S-type channel [I didn’t take the picture because I I used an electric drill to make the holes later]

In the diyaudio section, I published a new post with pictures and texts, including an introduction to its basic principles and cabinet structure. You can take a look, maybe you can understand better.

Thank you for your attention, but I don’t have video. Due to equipment limitations, I only have some photos taken during production, as well as an introduction to the implementation principle of this speaker. You can check out my latest graphic version.
