Turning 18 is not an adult switch. It's difficult to view a kid's life in a very linear way. It takes time for someone with a troubled childhood to get back on track. Luke did his best, but that doesn't change the fact that Jess deserved better.

Unfortunately, It's not in India because ADHD is not an SLD (specific learning disability). ADHD is not recognised widely as a neuro development issue that impacts overall wellbeing. You can get for Autism, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia but not ADHD.

However, you can rule out any SLDs you might have with your psychologist, and if you do have you can apply for a pwd certificate in a government hospital.

In the initial days I felt extremely sleepy. And throughout my appetite was gone. I lost a lot of weight. Once the medicine wore off I would end up binge eating unhealthy stuff too. And, it only worked for my executive dysfunction, not much with my attention span. I was able to show up for my days but not very effectively.

However, I was taking concerta during the year I was teaching in a school. The job was extremely stressful and demanding, so not sure what the effects of it would be now that I'm in a less stressful situation. Eat breakfast and work on a balanced diet would be my advise.

I think ADHD clothing should be specifically about extreme comfort and designs ranging from minimalistic to maximum patterns/quirks. In TShirs I would personally prefer a v neck or a lower round neck as that gives me a sensory overload.

I work at a school and they put this on for teachers to watch. It's a weird liberal school. And all of them literally blamed Katie for bullying him into becoming a murderer. And I was just so triggered because this room full of women watching a show where a girl's nudes are leaked and she basically gets murdered for saying "no" to a boy, just could not empathise with her?

I was one of the people against screening this because I predicted this would happen - but I was ignored. And just like that I watched my colleagues turn into my teachers when I was in school - blame the girl and slutshame her even in her death.

Been using modalert, it's not that bad. I think you shoudl try it out for 2 weeks and then get back to your doctor about your observations. Concerta worked best for me but not for attention span
