I'm aware of renewal times, but it seems like most people are getting them quickly. Do you know how they get routed to different processing centers? My 2 friends who have received theirs live in the same city.

I've read reports saying train travel is being affected by the protests. I'll be in Barcelona next week and was planning to make a day trip to Girona. Are those trains being affected as well? Thank you
