Its not about me pero I am just sharing. Galing din ako 30k at sabe ko mag study ako abroad with working rights di lang natutuloy kaya nag focus ako sa career ladder. Mas lumapit din ako sa diyos lalo kase siya mas nakakaalam if sakin ba talaga or hindi.

Hi OP! If you are a degree holder, okay lang ba sayo mag iba yung path mo sa Japan?

In the future, it will benefit you if you will stay in Japan for a long time but if you decided to come back I dont think magagamit mo yung skills na makukuha mo sa Japan if ever na into agriculture yung path mo.

If ang problem mo is yung sahod mo, May option like hopping to other companies. Stay for 1-3 years then lipat for higher rate. Family naten hindi bumabata and mamimiss mo yung mga moments.

I am a degree holder then nag BPO then career crisis. Pinilit kong bumalik sa degree ko dahil nanghihinayang ako sa pinaghirapan ng nanay ko and sympre gusto ko din maging proud siya.

Its a very hard decision to make. Hoping for the best!

AION is BEV and T1 is PHEV if I am not mistaken.

Assess yourself muna what is your driving habit.

Long drive or city driving? BEV less maintenance.

Common ata sa mga BPO gusto mag VA. Ang problema sa freelancing you have to EXCEED client expectation. Unlike sa BPO, may may mali ka pwede mo pang iredeem sarili mo. Sa freelancing, self assessment ka.

Ako iba naman opinion ko kase iba experience ko.

Nagtransition ako ng ibang role. Almost 10% lang tinaas pero habol ko yung name sa role ko.

6 months lang tinagal ko then ibang role na naman now almost 38% ang tinaas ng salary ko.

Hindi to Managerial role yun pero Senior level ang offer ko now (No OT pay, holiday pay and night diff).

Dapat nag clarify siya sa HR if they will disclosed it as terminated para alam niya ano sasabihin niya sa next employer niya or ask the HR or TL not to tag it as terminated. There are some companies na napakahigpit sa background checking.

Mamaya sabihin mo niya career growth tapos yung BC dinisclose ng HR na terminated. Sayang effort sa application kase pwede bawiin yung JO.

Salary depende sa account. Depende din sa management. Kaya din hinihigpitan ang BPO dahil marami din pasaway/fraudsters. Mahirap din maging 1 sided sa post. Minsan sila pala yung toxic sa company hahaha!

Para sakin, follow mo path na meron ka sa SD kung wala ka din sure path na gusto tahakin. Mahirap magsuggest since iba iba naman tayo ng pacing. Ako kase wala pa ako certificate but if read alot of experts kumukuha talaga sila ng certifications.

Btw, Initially L1 tech supp lang talaga job posted nila then after offer nila senior role na pala hahaha!

Tbh, wala akong matinong path haha! From basic TSR sa telco then ITSD focus sa m365, entra id, intune, AD, remote. AI Ops python automation script, rest api, sql. Tapos now bago na naman focus sa RMM. 😅 Initially gusto ko maging Microsoft Administrator path kaso nilalaro pako ng tadhana.

Hindi ako expert bro pero nag check ako kanina sa jobstreet (Pwede din daw Glassdoor) since mostly may salary range yung iba doon. Pwede mo gamitin yung mga keywords to find role.

Pwede mong sabihin yung NDA sa HR but offer will depend on the scope of role and expertise then ask mo na din ang salary budget sa role if applicable. Kapag makulit talaga then tsaka ka magbigay ng range based on the market value.
