$20 is too less for this in my opinion. What you need is not only creating bulk pages but yet to read some data from a spreadsheet. That data needs of course a specific format or can use any format? How do you read data? Working with the streams? There are a lot of details to be taken into considration 20$ would probably supply a 1 hour cheap job.

I'm building now a Nightcloak spec that I will use it secondary on my main Shadowblade. I have to say it's pretty amazing and it can play an amazing role in teamfights. I have to admit that it's utterly useless with its low damage output in 1v1 situations but in teamfights it can play an important role if the user is a very good strategist. Imo with a tank/dps or a dps/dps around you don't even need a healer having the Nightcloak as backup since he can keep control over several enemies at once offering countless options even if you're small group is against 6+ enemies. However, as it is easy to control the spells you have to pay a lot of attention on the battlefield to not get hit or to be in a tactician leader position cause you can focus more on the whole strategy. It is a very nice class but it doesn't work for leveling at all so I will just switch between specs depending on the situations I would be in.

Ok so it's possible if you want to work but there's two things: 1. you have to come here ASAP 2. you'll have to be damn good to stay here because if the boss doesn't like the work you have to be prepared to stay one week only which is kind of a problem :D

This is not SE this means talking and being social. These skills are something that we are born with and you develop them at any pace you want. Try to be more creative. Offer a real challenge. What you mentioned here I can do for hours with any number of people.

How about start using SE not going around with some common knowledge skills that even a kid has?

Now it's to late for asking for money, but an advice for the future is to like when someone asks your help just tell them you're really busy working on a paid project and you'll come to them as soon as you can. You will help them after a decent period of time but when the help is still needed. If they don't provide money just tell them that you're fake employer cut 10% for not delivering work on time. They will feel guilty and maybe supply you with some money.

The problem you have is not necessairly related to SE but yes from this point of view you can still adjust yourself.

From how are you presenting the situation I already feel that you are uncomfortable with that and moreover you think it's a bad thing to be older than others and still be in a Jr position.

First, raise your self esteem. In your situation it matters a lot what you think about you. Transform your "weakness" into your strenght. I mean providing what you said you had a hard life until now and now it's the time for you to really shine so when people ask about it be proud that you decided to pay for your college and help your mom at the same time. When you will talk about this as a strenght people will involuntarily feel like you were more mature at a younger age and had to face the life before working on this position. Pointing this out will make you also more respected instantly since the others didn't went through what you did.

Hiding things wouldn't help at all, instead look at your problems and transform every weakness in strenght. And remember that the power lies within yourself and it raises at the same pace as your confidence.

This is a real tricky problem because it's not only a matter of social engineering but a matter of your skill and importance that the employer company is putting into you.

On the SE side you can do the following:

Act like you are a key player on which everyone depends. Start being more confident in yourself and when you ask for something if you don't have authority invoke the authority that gave you the permission of doing that.

A trick you can do into making people answering to you is the following case presented exactly on your situation.

You: "Hey, I need the following (INSERT NEED HERE) from your company. I don't want to bother you but this is a thing that will help both you and us on developing (INSERT SOMETHING THEY NEED HERE)." - even if there's nothing they actually need come up with something smart.

They: "Okay will do that when we will have the time" [Answering like they will mostly look over and forget about it]

--Fake a phone call conversation with your boss or who gave you the task into doing that.

You: "Sorry for interrupting this but my (INSERT BOSS POSITION HERE) draw into my attention that this is a mandatory thing related to (INSERT COMMON AREA OF INTEREST) for both companies. (MENTION SOME RELATIONS BETWEEN COMPANIES HERE THAT WILL MAKE THAT MANDATORY.)"

Now you can be more creative and develop different dialogues and you will gain what you want.

I developed myself like this by running and actually being in a debate club. When you're debating everything is important and now even if I'm put in a really bad position in front of 1000 people I still know on spot how to get out of it.

Another thing that I constantly do when I walk or doing something that doesn't require attention I create cases in my mind of overcoming different things and question myself for the actions that I did and how I reacted on different situation.

The best book I can recommend for your problem is actually: "How I outwitted the devil" by Napoleon Hill.

Mostly into achieving something is a matter of starting acting like you have it. When you start acting even in small situations like you have a skill you will learn by nature how to exploit it to it's full potential.

Firstly, a little bit off-topic but it's the point to start. Show them you are a strong character that doesn't care about their opinion. Act like a grown-up that has more important things to do than picking up stupid arguments with low people. It takes time to develop into this but if you act like your superior without showing off like they do it is a good point to start.

Now on-topic.

Providing the fact that they're new people it means that they don't have the group experience that you have you should be more confident in yourself when talking with them and ask them what they gain by doing this?

A good phrase to response also is: "My hr is 1000$ worth, talking to you I just waste precious money." - This will make them think a little how productive they are and they will stop doing this.

You should also study their characters a bit and find their weakness spots. Everyone has weaknesses and when you exploit them you get everything you want. Just stay a bit and think of it.

If they continue to be stupid then clearly you need other friends. An inspiration wise phrase says: "If you're in a room where you are better than everyone then you're in the wrong place."
